Peter Drucker said that "the most important thing in communication is to hear what is not being said." It is the same in meetings. There is a lot more going on in a meeting than just what is being said. And without being able to capture it, meetings can quickly trigger more frustrations than benefits. So, what are the drawbacks of meetings? What are the unconscious games people play? And most important, what can we do, concretely, about it, to turn meetings - physical and virtual – into a profitable experience for all?
