Swedish Project Review 2018 – Embracing Agility

Konstantinos Viglas & Henrik Bagewitz

The Swedish Project Review, in collaboration between PMI Sweden Chapter and KPMG Project Advisory, describes the current conditions for projects in Sweden. It also provides industry specific benchmarks, points out trends, and areas for improvement. Last year’s edition, Gearing up for Transformation, has been widely deployed as a leading reference with exposure in publications such as CFO World, VD-tidningen and Kvalitetsmagasinet, among others.

In 2018, organizational change and agility is an increasingly important topic on the agenda for many organizations. This year’s insights and trends are based on more than 400 respondents and several interviews with representation from different sectors and industries. The results will be revealed for the first time at Passion for Projects 2018.
