Practice your WBS skills on an agile case

Klas Skogmar

The key to every project is to know its scope. PMBOK® Guide puts emphasis on the process of breaking down the scope through a WBS, but how do you do it in practice? There are several ways to approach the hierarchical breakdown of a project, especially with current trends moving to agile. What may be less known is that a WBS works equally well for agile projects. During this interactive workshop you will learn what a good WBS looks like, with practical advice, and then you will practice so that you will be able to apply your learnings directly.
