After more than 15 years in different managerial roles, Henrik returned to academia part time as a PhD-student in 2010. In parallel, he founded STRABILITY, a consultant company focused on the same topics as the research: Organizing, collaboration, and risk management in large construction projects. Today, Henrik is adjunct professor at Lund University in risk management in project-based organizations, and as management consultant he provides services and support to management teams and steering committees, mainly in large and complex facility development and construction projects. Henrik has published two books and a book chapter, in which holistic views on leadership and decision making are applied to projects, organizations and society.
